It’s 11:44 PM on a Thursday night, and something seems out of whack. All day, seniors have been spamming their house mailing lists with strange messages, with subject lines ranging from “Dinner is really yummy tonight, especially at 6:30,” and “RULES FOR TOMORROW.” Dinner was fine, I guess? There were a bunch of old people (like ages 23+!) there, including some friends who graduated last year. Then, during announcements, a bunch of seniors stood up and told stories about back in the day when they were frosh. They kept telling us all to “go to bed, frosh, because Ditch Day is tomorrow!” They don’t have to be so repetitive, though—we all know that Ditch Day is always Tomorrow!
Anyway, the deadline for my EE 113 lab report was mysteriously pushed back from tomorrow to next week, so I’ll get to have some fun with friends during the day. I’m not sure exactly what’s going to happen, though. I spotted what looked like a maze made of orange tape on Beckman Lawn when I biked by fifteen minutes ago, which definitely wasn’t there in the daytime… All I can say is that Tomorrow is going to be a crazy day.
